The credit card on file must match the name on the reservation. If you wish to pay for someone else’s stay, we advise you to mail a cashier’s check (no personal checks) or wire transfer. This policy applies to F.I.T. (Flexible Independent Traveler) bookings only.

Children 17 and under stay free. Guests 18 and over will incur an extra person charge of $55 + tax per day for the 3rd and 4th adult in the room. If a rollaway bed is needed, an additional $55 + tax per day fee applies.
In honor of Queen Kapiʻolani’s legacy, we have partnered with the Hawaiian Legacy Reforestation Initiative (HLRI) to plant 1,000 native trees, helping to restore Hawaiʻi’s endangered ecosystems.
A one-time $3 “Tree Dollar” fee is added to each stay, with all proceeds supporting HLRI’s reforestation efforts. Guests may opt-out of this program at check-in if they choose.
