The Queen Kapiolani Hotel in Waikiki, Honolulu has a long tradition of hosting successful meetings, events, social gatherings and celebrations of just about every type. We’ve definitely set the bar high for Honolulu banquet halls! For smaller, more intimate gatherings of about 100 attendees, our 2,204 square foot Queen’s Room is perfect. If you’ve got something grander in mind, our Akala Room boasts 13,500 square feet and can easily accommodate up to 650 people.
Room rental rates are subject to change without notice. Room rental rates are waived if food and beverage minimums are met.

Weddings: The grand Akala Ballroom is ideal for larger wedding ceremonies and receptions. With its unmatched grace and splendor, dance floor, romantic chandeliers, and a variety of menus and dining options, the Akala Ballroom makes any bride feel like a queen.
The Peacock Room accommodates up 275 guests.

Weddings: The private and playful Peacock room offers open air glass doors to the lanai and spectacular Diamond Head view. It is perfect for your wedding ceremony and reception. We offer a magical dining area, a wide variety of menus, as well as a dance floor and stage.
The private lanai with our serene panoramic view of Diamond Head is a beautiful venue for your wedding ceremony, reception, or both. The space offers an ideal location for wedding photography and romance. The lanai also provides a lovely atmosphere for cocktail receptions, banquets, and intimate dinners for two.
